How a T-Shirt Fundraiser Works
Ordering: Call us toll free at 1.800.561.8388 and you’ll be assigned a Fundraising Consultant (FC) to take care of your order. You’ll be asked to email your logo to this FC so that design may commence. Once your design is finalized, you may request brochures featuring your t-shirt to collect advance orders, or if you know exactly how many t-shirts you’d like, you may place your order with your FC immediately. For t-shirts, the average group orders 8 t-shirts per fundraising participant.
Specs: We support all popular image file formats (see below). To ensure the best possible print, send us a vectored or high resolution version of your logo.
Preferred file formats are: .ai (Adobe Illustrator file) / .ps, .eps (PostScript file) / .psd (Adobe Photoshop file)
Other: .jpg / .bmp / .cdr, / .clk / .gif / .png
Please note that Microsoft Office files (.ppt, / .doc / .xls) are NOT compatible with the lab.

Payment: Accepted payment methods are: Major credit cards; checks; checks by phone; certified checks; money orders or credit terms to schools issuing valid purchase orders.
Shipping: Allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery of your t-shirts once order is placed and payment is received.
In The Meantime: Spread word to your fundraising participants and prospective supporters about your upcoming fundraiser! You might consider issuing flyers, hanging posters, sending emails or posting on your website, Facebook profile or other social channels.
