order must be divisible by 8 (cases cannot be broken). Allow a minimum of 3 to
4 business days for delivery of brochures and a minimum of 10 - 15 business days for
delivery of the products once order is placed and payment is received. Free
shipping may not be available in certain black-out areas – please contact one
of our customer service representatives for details. For orders below the
minimum, please note that a shipping charge of $4.50 per case short of the minimum will apply.
